This cozy five-person nature house is cozy and has a large shared garden behind the house with small animals, several nice seating areas and a playing meadow with play equipment. With nice weather you can cook outside in the witch's kettle or use the barbecue. The cottage has two spacious bedrooms upstairs, suitable for families with (small) children. Downstairs you will find the dining table, the kitchen with microwave and four-burner stove as well as the bathroom with shower. The cottage is part of a building, but has its own entrance. For relaxation, it is possible to book the hot tub and/or sauna. These are then available to you privately for part of the day. You can also rent our Finnish grill hut. These facilities can also be booked by our other guests, based on availability.
Nature and surroundings
The nature house is located in the beautiful Drenthe village of Roswinkel. Here you can still experience the silence, see the farmers working the land, see the many pheasants, egrets and swallows fluttering around and if you are lucky meet a deer. The village has only 805 inhabitants. Roswinkel is just a few kilometers from Germany and from the province of Groningen. The beautiful forests of Emmen with its dolmens, but also the beautiful forests of Ter Apel, Sellingen and the nature reserve Bargerveen provide a beautiful and varied cycling and walking landscape. Besides the beautiful nature there is also a lot to do for young and old in terms of culture, excursions, amusement parks, shopping, entertainment and more. In short, this area is a great base to explore Drenthe, Groningen, Friesland and Germany.
