Get out to enjoy the real outdoors in a centuries-old Twente farmhouse! You stay in the cozy, authentic showroom with wood stove, around which the seating area is placed and there is a farmers dining table with button chairs. Here you can relax and recover from the trip, read a book (there is plenty of everything in the cupboard) or surf the internet via the fast Wifi; there is interactive TV and a BT radio/CD=player. View of the meadow where cows or horses often graze. The separate kitchen has a gas stove with oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, washing machine and there is a tumble dryer. Bedroom with double bed. Entirely ground floor. In front of the farmhouse is a free terrace with garden furniture. Pets are welcome by arrangement (only in the living room in their own basket or crate). Smoking only outside.
Nature and surroundings
The nature house is located in the outskirts of Denekamp, in the hamlet of Berghum, between meadows and wooded banks on the edge of an ash tree. Directly located to cycling and various hiking trails. The distance to the center of Denekamp (with several restaurants and cafes) is only 1 km. From the farm you can make beautiful trips, eg towards Ootmarsum, Oldenzaal, the Lutterzand or nearby Germany (Bad Bentheim, Nordhorn). Twente is characterized by the rolling scenery with meadows, forest edges, ash trees and fens. The river Dinkel meanders through the area. In winter, cross-country ski trails are laid out and ski rental is nearby. The area offers plenty of opportunities for culture and history, art, shopping, cafes or a day of wellness. Goed ingericht huisje. Lekker ouderwets, badkamer aan de kleine kant
Ligging perfect, tussen de weilanden, maar toch op loopafstand van centrum.
