There is also a beautiful garden and you can park directly at the house. The house owner provides guests with a gate key for the private route to the "Panoramabahn Kitzbüheler Alpen". This means you can easily and quickly get to the slopes of the Kitzbühel - Kirchberg - Mittersill (KitzSki) ski area with 234 kilometers of slopes and 57 comfortable lifts and of course back again! Mittersill is known for its many activities and central location in summer. The immediate surroundings offer numerous hiking and mountain sports opportunities as well as an 18-hole golf course. You can also explore the surrounding area by bike using the Tauern cycle path. You can refresh yourself in the nearby Hollersbach bathing lake. Directly in Mittersill there are plenty of shopping opportunities for your daily needs as well as a wide selection of restaurants.
