Nature house in Hollum

Completely detached, in the middle of the dunes, on the extreme western tip of Ameland, lies this beautiful nature house with a generous view all around, the lighthouse prominently in your backyard and from the bedroom window even overlooking the sea. An extremely rare place, only accessible via a whimsical unpaved dune path. For those who really want to get away from the hustle and bustle, this is the ultimate place to unwind. The nature house has recently been completely renovated and fully equipped. The nature house is suitable for two persons and has a living room with open kitchen, a bedroom with a large double bed (180 x 200) and bathroom en suite and finally a separate toilet. The nature house is centrally heated and well insulated, so it is comfortably habitable all year round. Despite its isolated location, you can easily reach the beach or the charming village of Hollum. If you don't feel like shopping or cooking, you can use the breakfast service or delicious dinner buffets of the nearby hostel.

From the nature house you can walk straight into the dunes and the forest and beach are also close by. It is beautiful hiking in the area and you only have to cross one paved road to then endlessly walk through the dunes and along the beach. The beautiful "reed path" where in high season you will not even meet anyone, or the "finnegatpad" with its wooden bridges over the water and its bird-watching hut, ending up on the beautiful "green beach" a gift of nature to Ameland. All in the immediate vicinity and within walking distance. By bike there is of course much more to discover besides the beautiful nature as "the Oerd" and "the Hon", of course also the cozy villages with their stores, restaurants and terraces. Are you more in for a beach vacation, even then you are in this nature house at its best. You have the beaches to choose from. From the cozy beach with beach club "the Sunset" to a beach for yourself just down the road. All within walking distance.
