Nature house in Olst

This unique nature house is located in the yard of Groot-Hoenlo Castle and was formerly used as a coach house. The house consists of a large living room (the so-called "hunting room") with comfortable (sleeping) couch, a beautiful bedroom with double bed and study corner, and a cool basement in which there is also a double bed. The sunny private garden ends in the moat and overlooks the forest opposite. Because of the adjacent water and several small steps in the house, accommodation is less suitable for small children or people with walking difficulties. To avoid crowding and overloading the house (old pipes etc.) we rent the house to a maximum of 4 people. Because: it is an authentic old house, that's the charm! Of course it is comfortably furnished, but if you like all the comforts, then this house may be less suitable for you.

Plenty of peace and quiet - the house and its surroundings are perfect for resting and enjoying nature. In the immediate vicinity of the house are forests and meadows where you can enjoy hiking or biking. In the house are maps and hiking books of the area. The village of Olst is a five-minute drive (ten minutes by bike) away. Here you will find a supermarket, bakery and bookshop. There is also a railway station. For a nice day out you can easily visit the Hanseatic cities of Deventer (fifteen minutes drive) or Zwolle (half an hour drive). House rules: no groups, no parties, smoking indoors not allowed, pets only in consultation. The stated check-in and check-out times are a guideline; this is by mutual agreement. Please note that the house has a (quiet) upstairs neighbor.
