Nature house in de Lutte

This nature house has a unique location in the middle of the Lutterzand nature reserve and can accommodate up to six people. Upon entering you enter the hall containing the fixed staircase to the second floor. On the ground floor is the living room with open kitchen equipped with all conveniences. So in the morning you can bake sandwiches in the oven, in the evening you can prepare a delicious dinner on the gas stove and afterwards you can put the dishes in the dishwasher so you can enjoy nature all evening. In the living room you can watch TV on the corner sofa, there is also a dining table where you can dine together. From the living room you can enter the garden with covered terrace through the French doors. There is also a double bedroom on the ground floor, equipped with a double box spring bed. On the second floor you will find the other two bedrooms. Both bedrooms have two single box spring beds. There is another hall closet on the mezzanine. The entire nature house is fully equipped.

The Lutterzand is a nature reserve known for the meandering Dinkel. This is a small river that flows through the forest and is about 500 meters from the cottage. At the little river the children can have fun with all the sand and water. There may also be fished and you can also canoeing.Also on the dinkel birds like the kingfisher and shore swallow can be spotted. Within walking distance of the nature house you will find several restaurants. One with a playground and the other has a miniature golf course.In the middle of the forest you have a cozy terrace at De Lutte Hutte. In the area there are many hiking and cycling routes, so you won't skip any of the beautiful parts of this area. Some of these routes also go to Germany. The beautiful cities of Enschede, Ootmarsum,Nordhorn and Bad Bentheim are easy to reach and worth a visit. From the cottage you are likely to spot rabbits, squirrels and deer.
