Nature house in Kladenske Rovne Kajov

Welcome to our beautiful detached vacation home in Kladenske Rovne, located between Lake Lipno and Ceske Krumlov, in the beautiful Sumava nature reserve in the south of the Czech Republic. The house partly dates from the 19th century and was completely renovated and expanded 7 years ago (kitchen and extra bedroom). Peace and privacy are characteristic of this nature house.Ground floor: spacious storage room, kitchen with access to spacious bathroom with toilet, intermediate room with sitting area, stairs to the second floor and cozy living room.First floor: large landing, two very spacious bedrooms, first bedroom has one double and one single bed, a crib and linen closet. The second bedroom has one double bed with linen closet. Around the vacation home is 4,000 square meters of garden including (surface) swimming pool, playground and hinterland with beautiful views. In the garden are hazelnut and pine trees, birch, beech, blackberry and berry bushes. Shade and sun spots abound. In the beautifully landscaped garden is a well that provides the house with its own delicious clear (drinking) water. This detached house is located about 50 meters from the main road in Kladenske Rovne. Next to this road is a stream that eventually flows into the Moldau. Space, freedom, peace and quiet, a small train sometimes as background noise, away from the highway and the hustle and bustle.

On the Vltava in South Bohemia you can do some great canoeing and rafting. In spring the water is quite rough and in summer it is an experience for the whole family. Especially from Vissy Brod to Ceske Krumlov is a beautiful route with quite a lot of gradient in the river. At numerous places or at the tourist office in Ceske Krumlov you can inquire about the best canoeing or rafting places. For all trips, you will be brought back to your destination. Hiking is fantastic in one of the most beautiful hiking areas in the Czech Republic. There are numerous hiking trails. The Klet where you can take the cable car to the highest point of the Sumava, after a delicious cup of cappuccino with the famous honey cake point you can follow beautiful hiking trails. Bike paths have been built, however, not yet on all routes. Cycling next to the car route is vulnerable. The forests are best explored with a mountain bike. A challenge for the advanced but also good to do for beginners. At the Lipno Lake are many beaches and lawns where you can sunbathe and swim. Do you like fishing then you're in the Czech Republic to the right place. Numerous lakes with trout and carp. Here you do need a fishing license. There are also numerous carp and trout farms. The cultural heritage is in the Czech Republic. Beautiful towns such as Prachatice, Trebon, Jindrichuv Hradec as well as numerous castles with their rich history are well worth visiting. Zlta de Koruna is a beautiful monastery with beautiful frescoes and murals.
