This is a rural nature house, located in the forests of a Natura 2000 area close to the Sallandse Heuvelrug and the Borkeld. From where you can walk, cycle or tour to your heart's content, as well as sit outside on the terrace with a book or just enjoy the surroundings. It is furnished for two adults with lots of privacy, space and atmosphere. Downstairs is a country room with open kitchen, decorated with brocante. There is a stove, combi-oven, refrigerator. For coffee there is a Senseo, snelfilter and Nespresso available. The entire upper floor is bedroom with bathroom, together 45 m². In the ridge hangs from the beams a French crystal chandelier. There are two beautiful French queen beds from the beginning of the last century. The beds are equipped with comforters, pillows and linen. In spring and summer you will be awakened by a wide variety of bird sounds. The bathroom has an extra toilet.
Nature and surroundings
The garden doors of the nature house lead you straight to the terrace, where you are already in the middle of the forest and the deer can just walk around. The forest is varied with many beeches, chestnuts, larch, etc. From the house you can walk or cycle through the woods to the nature reserves De Borkeld and the Salland Ridge. Public transport, swimming pool, riding stables, supermarket and several restaurants are within a radius of one kilometer. In the vicinity are Diepenheim and Delden nice old places with castles and estates and a little further away are the Hanseatic cities of Deventer and Zutphen, but also Ootmarsum definitely worth a visit.
