Welcome to this summer and winter home. Foxes and deer in the garden, sitting around the campfire by your own fire pit in the garden, (ice) fishing, picnicking by the lake or reading a book by one of the wood stoves. The possibilities for hiking, water sports, cycling, mountain biking (a lot!) and cross-country skiing are inexhaustible. In this spacious nature house in Nyhyttan - Sweden you can enjoy the vast nature all year round. Here you wake up to the singing of the birds and enjoy the indescribably beautiful starry sky, the touching silence and completely pure air. On the edge of the forest, surrounded by greenery, this well maintained, (173 m²) and very comfortable six-room villa is located along a completely quiet private road. This villa can easily accommodate six people and two babies. There is central heating throughout and fast internet. The bathroom has underfloor heating and was completely modernly renewed in 2022.
Nature and surroundings
The nature house is located in the hamlet Nyhyttan in the green heart of Bergslagen in Nora Kommun, central Sweden, along the river Rastälven and is surrounded by vast forests! There is a scattered population of 200 inhabitants. Within walking distance are beautiful lakes with swimming opportunities for young and old, various sports, hiking and other recreational activities. A cross-country ski slope/hiking trail runs alongside the garden. A gas station and a supermarket are a few minutes' drive away. About 25 minutes drive away are the picturesque town of Nora and the slightly larger Lindesberg, both with excellent shopping, cafes, entertainment, culture and medical facilities. A 60-minute drive away is the medium-sized city of Örebro (about 150,000 inhabitants) with excellent shopping, entertainment and nightlife. Nyhyttan is a three-hour drive from Stockholm and 4.5 hours from Oslo. Great for mountain bikers!!!! All the info with us!
