A romantic nature house on a fenced 4000 m² nature plot with large dog swimming pond and views of the Kitzsteinhorn glacier, located between Zell am See and Kaprun. The cottage measures 35 m² and is ideally suited for two people. Of course, dogs are welcome to enjoy the freedom and swimming in the pond! The plot is divided into two parts: a private part of about 1500 m² with its own access to the swimming pond and a part that the owners also use. The plot is completely fenced in. The private part is dog-proof fenced (for most dogs)! Additional information for dog owners: there is a hiking/biking trail along the property. In the summer you travel with the mobility card Pinzgau FREE with public transportation throughout Pinzgau!
Nature and surroundings
The nature house is located in the middle of the meadows of Zell am See and Kaprun, near a "Naturschutzgebiet". On one side lies the sports airfield of Zell am See, on the other side the golf course (36 holes!). So the cottage is also ideal for planespotters and golfers! The nature house is very centrally located, so everything you need is very easily accessible. Stores, restaurants, ski elevators, Lake Zell, the Kitzsteinhorn and many other attractions are all nearby. Many guests don't have enough in a week to see and do everything offered here in the area! Visit one of the many gorges, go hiking in the valley or on the mountain, take the narrow-gauge railway to the Krimmler Wasserfälle, the reservoirs, the Kitzsteinhorn glacier, it's all too much to mention! All the necessary information is in the nature house and the landlord will be happy to give you additional information!
