About 65 kilometers north of Karlstad, on the Klarälven river, lies the village of Munkerud (Munkfors). This guarantees a wonderful feeling of privacy, space, freedom and peace in beautiful surroundings. The house is slightly higher, which gives you from the back of the garden, a beautiful view over the river Klarälven and the adjacent hills. The house has TV and internet/Wifi. Watching TV happens through a Google Chromecast and cast via your phone and therefore through your own TV provider from home. If you have no TV provider you can still watch TV via NL Ziet.

For those for whom remote areas are a bit too remote, this house is an ideal solution. On the edge of a small and spacious residential area (a suburb of Munkfors), this house is not isolated but also not in a busy area. The garden is spacious with more than enough privacy and shelter. Just five kilometers away is the open-air museum of Ransäter Värmland, where in the summer every day for young and old activities are organized. How about the nature reserve Ransätershöjde, where you can enjoy hiking and where an encounter with deer, elk or foxes is no exception.
