In the living room there is a two-seater sofa and an armchair. There is also an open kitchen with all modern conveniences and a cozy dining area. The bedroom has comfortable box-spring bed at comfort height. The bathroom is new and equipped with a (hand and) rain shower. From the living room and the adjacent private terrace you have a beautiful wide and unobstructed view over the South Limburg hills. You can also freely use the lounge and garden sets in the beautiful standard orchard. Here you can sit back and relax.

Beautiful flora and fauna in a varied, undulating landscape, the silence of the nature reserves, standard orchards, the meandering Geul and babbling brooks, old farms and idyllic half-timbered houses. The picturesque villages in the vicinity are also worth visiting with their cozy terraces, village events and sights. The South Limburg Hill Country is a true walking and cycling paradise. From your apartment you can walk or cycle straight into the beautiful countryside. The villages Mechelen, Slenaken and Epen are also within walking distance. But not only on foot or by bike, also by car there is a lot to discover! Think of the by the ANWB mapped out Mergellandroute. Beautiful trips can also be made to the nearby Eifel (Germany) and the Voerstreek and Ardennes (Belgium). The South Limburg Golf and Country Club is two kilometers away.
