This luxury residential farmhouse is ideally suited for large groups (up to 24 people). Four apartments are located in the luxury farmhouse, all with their own living room, kitchen, sitting area and bathroom(s). The many bedrooms are all spread over these four apartments. From most of the bedrooms (on the 1st floor) you have access to the beautiful group room with industrial kitchen and very large dining table (seating for everyone). With the spiral staircase you can also go to the second floor, here is a beautiful lounge area with huge window street for spectacular views.

Beautifully detached, on a quiet road and with spectacular (!) views over Het Zwanenwater nature reserve and the North Holland dunes, is this farm in Callantsoog. Just 1000 meters from the cozy beach and nice village square in this picturesque coastal village.

Nature, peace & environment:Daar hebben we weinig van mee gekregen. Helaas. Op zaterdag hadden we een activiteit in Purmerend en zondag heeft het de hele dag geregend en hebben we ons vertier binnen gezocht.

Piet General rating:Het was een mooi natuurhuis waarin zich 3 appartementen bevonden.
Waarvan 2 appartementen in directe verbinding stonden en 1 appartement via " de deel"van de boerderij in verbinding stond waardoor men binnen door naar elkaar toe kon gaan. Het was een fijne en mooie locatie voor onze groep die uit 8 volwassenen en 7 kinderen (waarvan de jongsten 2 jaar en bijna 2 jaar waren) bestond. Rondom de boerderij was er voor de kinderen volop ruimte om te spelen. Wat ook erg fijn was dat de kinderen ook gebruik mochten maken van de speelattributen van het kleine vakantiepark wat achter de boerderij lag. Een minpuntje was wanneer je lopend naar het strand wilde ... men eerst de weg waar de boerderij aan ligt langs moest lopen en dat daar geen fietspad of voetpad lag. Maar eenmaal op de doorgaande weg naar Callantsoog waren er wel een fietspad en een voetpad. En kun je verder goed naar het strand en de zee wandelen. In de appartementen was alles aanwezig en was het aangenaam om er te zijn.
wij hebben volop genoten van de accommodatie en de nabijheid van strand .. zee en duinen.Nature, peace & environment:Het natuurhuisje (lees boerderij) lag op ongeveer 1 km afstand van duinen/strand en zee. en vanaf natuurpark Zwanenwater
