These landlords have decorated the summer house behind their farm as a cozy and attractive nature house with a warm, rural feel. An ideal space for a family or for elderly people (everything on the ground floor). During the day you can go outside, the children can play in the yard or go out to the Drents-Friese Wold, the Weerribben, the Dwingelerveld or one of the other National Parks in between which this nature house is located. The nature house has a cozy and fully equipped kitchen, a living room with sitting area, dining area, radio and TV, a bedroom with double bed, a bedroom with bunk beds and a bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. All this is located on the ground floor. There is also a private garden with patio furniture where you can enjoy a nice day in the evening and, weather permitting, a delicious barbecue.
Nature and surroundings
The second largest contiguous forest area in the country lies on the border of Friesland and Drenthe. A forest area full of variation, with swamps and drifting sand, with fens and heaths, with convex fields and flowering stream valleys. After the Hoge Veluwe, the Drents- Friese Wold (on the border of Drenthe and Friesland) is the largest contiguous forest area in the country. But this National Park is more than just forest. In the Drents-Friese Wold you wander from sand drifts to fens, from heather to marshes. Furthermore, the places Groningen, Leeuwarden, Steenwijk, Giethoorn, Orvelte, Appelscha, Vledder and Diever are well worth a visit.

Gerben March 22, 2021 General rating:Wij hebben een prima verblijf gehad in het huisje. Aardige en behulpzame gastvrouw en gastheer. Alles wat we nodig hadden was aanwezig. Internet is alleen bij de receptie aanwezig. Mobiel internet werkt goed

Doordat de vloer koud is konden wij het er in t vroege voorjaar niet makkelijk echt comfortabel warm maken. Ik zou het fijner vinden met een groot raam. Ik voelde me wat opgesloten. De sfeer zelf is dankzij de gastvrijheid van de eigenaren heel prettig.Nature, peace & environment:We hebben mooie wandelingen gemaakt. Mogelijkheden te over in het Fries-Drentse Wold
