Dick October 24, 2025 General rating:Inflation has now hit the rental sector in the Netherlands to such an extent that the price/performance ratio has been lost sight of. The house itself is fine; 2 dishwashers in the kitchen is really very convenient. There are also some downsides: we had a faltering shower, some things are very basic (no hand soap / detergent / dishwasher cubes in the kitchen and / or toilets, sanitary very straightforward), the rooms are quite noisy and in the kitchen is little space for food storage. Given the -in my opinion- high rent, it hurts extra when some nice-to-haves are missing.
