Get away from it all in quiet surroundings in the Twente countryside? At this nature house you can enjoy the outdoors in a beautiful location with unobstructed views over the countryside. The cottage is suitable for two persons with a living/sleeping area with its own kitchen with induction stove, cooker hood, microwave oven, a large refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle and various kitchen utensils. There is also a TV, radio and WiFi reception. The private bathroom and toilet are separate. The bathroom has a sink, spacious shower and a closet. You have a private terrace overlooking the meadows. In short, an ideal location for a short or somewhat longer stay. We can also, for a fee, provide bed and bath linen. If you bring your own bed linen, 2 beds with mattress size 90x200, 4 pillows and 2 single comforters are available.
Nature and surroundings
In the area you can take endless walks and bike rides in the beautiful nature reserves, including the "Buursezand" and in "het Witteveen," which is close to the German border. The picturesque Haaksbergerveen is also well worth a visit. The museum Buurtspoorweg is a trip back in time with a real steam locomotive on a track that is 125 years old. Haaksbergen also has a water mill where a tour is also available. Furthermore, there is a tourist office in Haaksbergen on the Blankenburgerstraat. Kastel Twickel in Delden is also worth seeing. On the estate of Twickel are many hiking opportunities.
