Nature house in Norg

The nature house offers 3600 m2 for yourself in the Langeloërduinen, 2 km from Norg. With a little luck you will see deer, squirrels, martens, buzzards and woodpeckers and the owl. The nature house is artfully decorated in a personal, carefully cherished retro style, but with modern conveniences. Radio, TV watching or streaming can be done via your laptop or tablet via google home app. There is a good (bluetooth) sound system, a CD player and CDs. A sturdy wood stove; wood is available in the village. There is also a gas stove, bathroom with shower and an open kitchen with new appliances, such as oven-microwave and fridge-freezer. The cozy village of Norg is within cycling distance. It is a friendly village with thatched farmhouses, several antique and curio stores, fine restaurants, two supermarkets, regularly a fish cart and a market on Wednesday. Near this nature house is a tropical swimming pool (Norg) and tennis courts. There are two renowned wellness centers in the vicinity. Next to Norg is the museum village of Veenhuizen and nearby are several interesting museums (Groninger museum, De Buitenplaats, museum of realistic art Eelde, Drents Museum). Norg is adjacent to the Noordsche Veld nature reserve, a unique area with remains of Germanic settlements (Celtic Fields), the Norgerholt primeval forest (probably one of the oldest forests in the Netherlands) and several dolmens.
