Nature house in Meda de Mouros

In the heart of Portugal lies this 6-hectare estate with a farmhouse (160 m²) more than a hundred years old. Its thick walls are made of stacked slate. The nature house has a wide view of the Serra da Estrela and the Rio Alva river. Next to the house is a large swimming pool, surrounded by lots of greenery, which is accessible to all guests. The farm is divided into three separate houses, each with its own character, sufficient privacy and fully equipped (see also house codes 26717 and 26710). This lovely nature house is suitable for a family or group of friends. On the ground floor there are two double bedrooms and one single bedroom. There is a large bathroom with bathtub/shower and one of the double bedrooms has an adjoining bathroom with shower. On the second floor is a large cozy living kitchen adjacent to a large balcony with beautiful views of the river and mountains. Above the kitchen there is a loft where you can play games or read. On the second floor is also a large living room with wood stove, sofa and armchairs. On three sides of the house is a terrace and garden. There is a pizza wood oven which can be used.

This nature house is located in central Portugal in the beautiful countryside. From here you have mountain views, private access to the Rio Alva River, and right out of your bed the pool. Rest and space, activity and adventure, it's all possible here. The estate has olives, a vineyard, organic fruits and vegetables, solar and wind energy. The place also offers the possibility to dedicate oneself concentrated to writing, studying, painting or making music, for example. There is a music studio with a grand piano, drum kit, guitars and so on. There is also a yurt for group activities. For the children: there is a swimming pool of 6 by 9 meters, the river Alva within walking distance via private property, all kinds of games, canoes, petanque, table tennis et cetera.
