Nature house in Proceno/Acquapendente

This ruralhut is a large and luxurious apartment in a big villa. On the ground floor, you will find the kitchen, a storage room with washing machine, a dryer, ironing possibilities, toys and hatstands. Near the kitchen, there is a cosy and luxurious living room with design furniture and an open fireplace. Here you will also find a two person bedroom with a natural rubber mattress, a bathroom with a two person bathtub, a shower with sitting possibilities and three showerheads, sink, bidet and toilets (also convenient for disabled people). On the first floor, you find a TV (also Dutch channels), a huge sitting/sleeping couch, a second bedroom with two single person beds (which can be prepared as a big double bed if wished), bathroom with shower, bidet, sink and toilet. From this floor, you can easily access the private terrace on the west side via the terrace doors and enjoy a view over the Monte Amiata. The terrace invites you to have a Spumante whilst watching the sunset. Around the villa, there are the terraces, from which two are covered and equipped with luxurious garden furniture to give you a real holiday feeling.

On the border of Tuscany/Lazio, you will find lots of woody areas. The Via Francigena also runs along our property. Furthermore, there are hiking areas that haven´t been properly indicated. The lake of Bolsena is at 18 kilometer distance and the sea at 60 kilometer. The immediate surrounding of the house is mostly farmland, directly lying near the woody areas, through which the “rolling hills” always get a different appearance depending on the time of the day. There is plenty of wildlife such as deer, wild boars, foxes and all kinds of special birds. There are also several natural hot springs in the area.
