Nature house in Proceno/Acquapendente

This is a luxurious rural hut located on the first floor of the large ruralhut 26713. The cottage is entirely separated from the big cottage through two double doors. It has its own entrance via a wide outdoor staircase, its own private terrace, its own garden with view over the swimming pool and an all around view over the “rolling hills” and the Monte Amiata (ski resort). In the apartment, you will find a luxurious living/sleeping room with a big double bed or two separate beds. There is Dutch TV, a CD player as well as an open fireplace, books and CDs. In the fully equipped kitchen, you will find anything you need to prepare delicious meals. The kitchen is separate from the living room and has a direct access to the terrace and garden with beer chairs, dining table and parasol. The bathroom is near the kitchen and has a shower, sink, toilets and bidet. Towels will be changed on a weekly basis. Shared with the ruralhut 26708, a washing machine, dryer, iron and iron board are at your disposal. In the big garden, there is a natural stone barbecue that is illuminated at night and is available for shared use with the other guests as well as the swimming pool. There are enough loungers and parasols available.

On the border of Tuscany/Lazio, you will find lots of woody areas. The Via Francigena also runs along our property. Furthermore, there are hiking areas that haven´t been properly indicated. The lake of Bolsena is at 18 kilometer distance and the sea at 60 kilometer. The immediate surrounding of the house is mostly farmland, directly lying near the woody areas, through which the “rolling hills” always get a different appearance depending on the time of the day. There is plenty of wildlife such as deer, wild boars, foxes and all kinds of special birds. There are also several natural hot springs in the area.
