Nature house in Kockengen

How cool is this! The nature house is located on an island in the middle of farmland with swimming, fishing and boating water right outside your door. You have access to a rowing boat and two bicycles. There is a large garden with lots of privacy. Ground floor: living room of 34 m² with open kitchen, French doors to the water, three-seater sofa, two armchairs, TV, radio/CD player and WiFi. Upstairs you will find a crib and two box-spring beds for two. The nature house has a large private garden of 140 m² with lots of privacy. A nice extra is a large raft with dining table in front of the house! The property is 300 meters from the parking lot. It is not accessible by car, but by walking on a path over a dike. You do not need to bring bed and kitchen linen, this is provided for you upon your arrival. A towel is also offered pp.

You are in the middle of the meadow with magnificent views all around. You can enjoy numerous meadow and water birds. With the accompanying rowing boat you can make boating trips and possibly do some shopping in the village. The water is one of the cleanest in the Netherlands and is excellent for swimming. Also the fishing is very good. Directly opposite the house runs the so-called Floris the Fifth path which, if you wanted, you could walk to Amsterdam, right through the farmland. The house is in the middle of a water polder with everything you can expect there: water birds, songbirds, birds of prey, butterflies and dragonflies, but also more spiders that in the city.
