An authentic nature house, wonderfully quiet among the farmlands and forests of the Limburg Peel. From the house you can walk straight into the extensive woodland. Through private entrance / hallway you enter the cozy living room with dining and sitting area. Then a fully equipped kitchen (fridge with freezer, stove and oven, microwave, kettle and coffee makers, both Senseo and regular). Bathroom with large walk-in shower, is also located on the first floor. The comfortable staircase leads to the first floor with a spacious, romantic bedroom (2x single box spring beds). A lovely terrace with garden on the southeast gives you a quiet private spot with many birds, or visit our outdoor farm (pigs, chickens, turkeys). Bicycles etc. can be stored/charged in the bike shed. A completely ready to move in cottage; from herbs to kitchen linen and from bedding to towels, in short, fully equipped!
Nature and surroundings
The nature house, along with another cottage (stable apartment) and our own home, is part of a special residential farm, surrounded by a wooded bank and cropland and right on the edge of a vast forest area. The area is an ideal walking area, but bicycle lovers are also surprised to explore the varied landscape of North Limburg or North Brabant via quiet and flat B-roads. Many species (goshawk, tawny and owl, fox, pheasant, roe deer, rabbit) are regularly spotted around the house and in the yard itself also a lot to experience; pigs, a flock of chickens, barn swallows, a frog pool, hives (of course at a safe distance), an affectionate cat and a playful dog. We are outdoor people ourselves and would love to tell you where to find special sightings!
