Would you like to stay in a typical Swedish country house? Then this is for you! The house has a large living room, dining room with parquet floor, kitchen, a bathroom with bathtub, two bedrooms, a walk-through bedroom and two sleeping voids. The living room has a sofa, a fireplace. TV and stereo set. The fully equipped spacious dining kitchen is fully equipped. You have ceramic hobs, hot air oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster. The house has a study and a library, where you can enjoy reading a book. The bedrooms and sleeping vides sleep 9 people + 1 crib. Outside is a cozy sunny terrace, garden furniture and a real hot tub* (*optional). Surrounded with a large garden and forest at the back. There are domestic animals such as sheep, goats, cats, chickens and rabbits. On site you can rent bikes and canoes and you can book a beaver safari with the host,
Nature and surroundings
This nature house is certified within the Swedish framework for Ecotourism. This guarantees that you are always in direct contact with nature during all seasons. The accommodation is located within an area called Svartådalen (Black River Valley). Svartådalen is classified as an important international nature reserve (Natura2000 / RAMSAR) and is an important key habitat for a large number of migratory birds. Important bird species include the sea eagle, cranes, three-toed woodpecker, lapland owl, corncrake, bittern etc. Also big game such as lynx, moose, wolf, beaver and otter! Adjacent are two large nature parks: Ecopark 'Öjesjönsbrännan' and nature reserve 'Hälleskogsbrännan'. Are you staying in this cottage in the winter? Then there are several activities in the area, such as snowshoeing, ice fishing, ice skating, a sleigh ride and Swedish work horses or a wolf safari.
