On the edge of bungalow park Uniek, a stone's throw from the Vilsterse forest, is this charming simple nature house. The bungalow has a living room, kitchen, utility room, bathroom and three bedrooms. In the living room there is a cozy sitting area with a small fireplace and television. Adjacent is a cozy kitchen, equipped with a gas stove, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker (there is a filter and a machine for pads) and kettle. In the pantry are the washing machine and drying rack. The cottage has three bedrooms. A single bedroom, a double bedroom (bed 160x200, separate mattresses) and a bedroom with bunk beds. Bath, bed and kitchen linen is provided. The bathroom has a shower and a toilet. Outside is a large garden with a terrace with two sunbeds and a garden set where you can barbecue or light a fire. You can hang the hammock yourself when the weather is nice. There is room for five guests.
Nature and surroundings
The river Vecht runs like a thread through the Vecht valley, where the nature house is located. The bustling town of Ommen (5 km) offers several supermarkets and restaurants. A boat tour, canoes, pedal boats, whisper boats and sloop tours are available within five kilometers. In addition, in no time you are in the middle of one of the numerous forests that are part of the municipality of Ommen. 100 meters away is the Vilsterse bos of Landgoed Vilsteren. A short kilometer into the forest are the Vilsterse lakes. From March to October there is a ferry 500 meters away to get to the other side of the Vecht. On the other side is Erve Vechtdal. Here you can take a coffee or lunch break.
