This nature house is located in a unique location: one hectare of land with a beautiful pond and orchard. Located near nature park De Maasduinen, on the German border. The house is suitable for up to four persons. Downstairs is the complete but simply furnished kitchen with dining table, living room with sitting area and television, the toilet and bathroom. The ground floor was modernized in 2019. Via a staircase you will find upstairs two bedrooms with lovely beds. Wireless (free) internet is available. Under the canopy outside is a sitting area where you can enjoy the rural tranquility and a wood stove overlooking chickens, vegetable garden, greenhouse and orchard. Upon arrival there is something delicious waiting for you. The prices in this ad are based on four people. Would you like to come with a different number? Then check out ad 25066. The cottage has no seasonal prices. Only in the heating months October to March additional energy costs are charged: € 12.50 per night.
Nature and surroundings
Here you can enjoy the peace, rural and nature. The estate is 1.1 hectares and contains everything that characterizes a farmhouse in the countryside; orchard, vegetable garden, indoor garden, large pond, chicken run and not forgetting the little owl. You will also find the green woodpecker, the insect-catching spotted flycatcher, as well as the kingfisher hopping from pond to pond! Nature Park De Maasduinen is one of the most beautiful and varied nature parks in the Netherlands. The Rhine once flowed here! You can explore everything by bike or on foot: the routes are waiting for you. Would you rather go out by car? In Germany you can visit the cities of Kleve (shopping), Xanten (Roman history) or Kevelaer (place of pilgrimage). In Kessel/Goch is a nice swimming pool: Gochness. In the Netherlands, Nijmegen and Venlo are worth a visit. Also a trip along or on the river Maas is possible. And beautiful nature everywhere, a bit hilly, river, forests, heath....
