You will find this lovely ruralhut situated amidst fields, woodlands and sand dunes at the outer edge of the attrictive North-Brabant village of Luyksgestel, near the Belgium border, just south of Eindhoven. An exceptionally beautiful location. You can relax here, recharge your batteries and enjoy the beautiful view from the patio whilst the children play in the large surrounding garden. The house accommodates up to eight adults. There is a large kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, oven, coffeemachine and an utility room with washing machine, freezer and an additional refrigerator. The children will love this ruralhut because of the children's playroom with lots of toys. In total you can find four comfortable bedrooms. The terrace is surrounded by a large garden. Garden furniture is included. Sorry, smoking and pets are not permitted. To preserve the peaceful local atmosphere, the house will not be rented to groups of youngsters.

This ruralhut is located in the heart of the countryside. About a quarter of the surrounding 103.22 km2 is made up of woodland and other nature areas. Not for nothing was the Bergeijk area named the greenest in the Netherlands in 2012, and one of the greenest in Europe in 2013. There are a variety of local and regional cycling routes nearby, including those that take you over the border into Belgium. This uniqe border area, with its rich smuggling history, is suitable for both recreational touring, as well as mountain biking and race cycling. For walking enthusiasts there are over 175 kilometers of walking routes in the area. In 2011, the "Wandelkrant" newspaper named it one of the best walking areas in the Netherlands. There is also the opportunity for a number of other sporting activities nearby, such as swimming, water-skiing, golf, mini golf, canoeing, fishing and skating. The well-known Burgundian atmosphere is noticeable everywhere. Only three kilometers away is the charming Belgium town of Lommel, with lots of opportunities for shopping, a wide variety of restaurants and ample opportunity for sitting on cafe terraces to soak up the atmosphere. The Sunday flea market is also well worth a visit. Close by are the monasteries of Postel and Achel. Lovely day trips are possible to Eindhoven, Maastricht, Amsterdam and the famous Efteling theme park, as well as to the Belgium cities of Antwerp, Leuven, Brussels and Bruges.
