Wow! This nature house is beautifully situated! From the ruralhut you have views over the pond, orchard, pastures and the many birds. You rent the front house of a restored farm from 1910. The house has a spacious hall, living room and bedroom and a spacious bathroom. The comfortably furnished living and bedroom have a comfortable sitting area with a TV and DVD player. The double bed is separated from the living room by means of an intermediate curtain. The kitchen is fully equipped. You have a gas cooker, fridge and freezer, microwave, oven and kettle. The ruralhut is fenced by a beautiful garden. You can make use of a private terrace and of all the other terraces at the natural pond. Ruralhut 13958 is located in the same area. Upon arrival, the beds are made up with a double bed. If you wish to have your own duvet, the extra costs are € 25 per booking.

The cottage is situated on a plot of approximately 10,000 m², in the former swamp area at Coevorden. The plot complies with other agricultural plots with a dual destination, namely agriculture and water retention. As a result, many types of waterfowl live on the plot. Foxes, roe deer, hares, rabbits, owls, pheasants and many other bird species also feel right at home. This cottage is a perfect base for hiking, cycling or a rustic drive to nice Drentse or German villages.
