This nature house is located in a unique place on a lake in Drenthe, ideally suited for a wonderful and quiet vacation. Due to the presence of many animals, plants and trees, every season has its charm. There is a living room with a well-equipped open kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The house has full central heating, the bathroom also has underfloor heating. In the living room there is a wood stove. From the living room there are patio doors to the sitting area on the ven. Inside you can enjoy the view through the large windows. In the first bedroom there is a double electric bed with two single mattresses and two single synthetic comforters. From here you can access the terrace. The second bedroom is also equipped with a double bed with double mattress and two single synthetic comforters. In this room there is also a vanity and large wall cabinet. In the hall there is a coat rack, storage closet and room where the washing machine and boiler are. There is internet. No TV connection, but there is a screen with chromecast and DVD player. In the barn there is garden furniture and a barbecue, as well as a ladies' and men's bicycle that can be used.
Nature and surroundings
The nature house is located in Duurentijd nature reserve. The landlords of this try to keep this area as natural as possible. Around the fen are a number of other houses. These are placed so that everyone's privacy is taken into account. From the house you can walk into the woods and moors. You can make many cycling and walking tours in a landscape of forests, heathland, fens, sand drifts, fields and open grasslands. 500 meters from the house is the Ronostrand, a recreational lake with sandy beaches and clean water. A visit to the nearby villages of Roden (Mensinghe Estate), Leek (Nienoord), Veenhuizen (Prison Museum) and Norg (Brink) is definitely worth 0the effort. Groningen and Assen are a short distance away (20 kilometers).
