Nature house in Malschwitz o/t Guttau

This beautiful, old (completely renovated) nature house is located in the Spreedal valley, in the middle of the Unesco Biosphere Reserve Oberlausitz. The upper floor of the house is a private vacation home with a separate entrance, downstairs is rented out as a nature house. The house stands on 3000 m² of its own land with the Alte Fliesz as a boundary river. A VPN is advised. Netflix, NPOstart and Youtube are easy to watch on the TV using your smartphone or tablet. [via a chromecast]. Small villages are located within 500 meters. There is a simple restaurant about a five-minute walk away. The bakery, grocery store, greengrocer and butcher can be found at four kilometers (Malschwitz). Through the garden one can walk directly into the forests of the Teichenlandschaft. It is the territory of wolves deer, roe deer, otters, wild boars and beavers.

Sea eagles and ospreys are regularly seen. The nature house is 500 meters from the information center of the Biosphärenreservat Oberlausitzer Heide und Teichlandschaft, where hiking and biking trails start or pass by and guided tours occasionally take place. There is a nature museum, an educational playground and a hiking trail for children.... In spring many people come to the area for the frog concerts and, in early summer, those of the toads. The immediate area is characterized by hills, forests, lakes and numerous interesting sights, among other things. A day trip (about 50 kilometers) to the Giant Mountains or Saxon Switzerland will take you to higher ground. Bautzen (12 kilometers), Dresden (50 kilometers) and Görlitz (40 kilometers) are interesting old towns with beautiful old centers. There are wonderful hiking and cycling routes, which start right at the house.
