Nature house in Meerssen

At the back of the landlords' garden in Meerssen (Limburg) is this baking house. Loaves and flans used to be baked here, nowadays you can rent it as a nature cottage. The bakery has a kitchen, living room, shower and toilet. The original oven serves as a fireplace and you can sleep in the loft. In front of the cottage is a private terrace. The bakery is a must for nature lovers, relaxers, hikers and cyclists. Raar is a hamlet nestled in the rolling Limburg countryside. Panoramic views are as common here as streams, space and tranquility. The car can be parked in front of the house. A wheelbarrow is available for transporting things. The nature house is available from March 1 to November 1. There is no crib available, but there is possibility for one baby to spend the night.

The bakery is located at the top of the Raarberg in the middle of the hilly country. An excellent base for beautiful walks and bike rides. Maastricht is eight kilometers away and Valkenburg is five kilometers from Raar. Bicycles can be rented in Valkenburg about six kilometers away. The nature house can be reached by public transport by traveling at Meerssen station, from here the landlord will pick you up.
