Fortunately there is nothing else here except for amazing nature! At the entrance of the valley you will find the Fountain of Faithfulness, believed to bring luck and happiness to those passing by who believe in its powers. Continuing on this path, a series of small wooden bridges and study wooden steps will help you make your way through this idyllic landscape.
For a bit bigger dare in terms of exercise, you can head to Jaun River and explore the area along the river bank. There are multiple cascades as well as a waterfall. Except for enjoying the magnificent waterfall which spurts 6,000 liters of water per second at specific periods of the year, you can also dive in the culture of this Swiss region by personally experiencing it through the tales, cuisine and customs of the local population.

The water is turquoise and clear, there are rest areas for a picnic and you will have plenty of opportunities to admire the local flora and fauna. Further on the trail, you will eventually arrive at a dam, where you can rest and take in the beauty of the Lac de Montsalvens.
Amazing spot for outdoor activities is the Swartzsee Lake.
