What to do in Kent
Cycling is a great way to discover as much as possible of Kent’s territories. One of the best routes is the Viking Coastal Trail, which begins from Cliffsend, a small village on the cliffs. This trail follows the coastline to the north and then west. There are numerous beaches and panoramic stops along the way; you can also walk this trail, but walking takes 7 hours, while cycling will only take you less than 2 hours.
Don’t miss the White Cliffs of Dover. On a clear day, the bright white color of these dramatic vertical chalk cliffs can be seen all the way from France! The views from the edge are not so bad either. Especially during sunrise, the cliffs welcome people from all around the world, waiting for the bright sun.
