Klein Kompas is a unique, tranquil retreat located in an old barn on an authentic farm, offering complete privacy. Enjoy the hot tub, the sunny terrace with the BBQ and fire pit, or the stunning views. This house is the smaller version of the existing vacation home “Groot Kompas,” but with even more luxury and comfort. This house, too, was renovated with great care and attention to detail by craftsman Dries De Loore. He used primarily eco-friendly and sustainable materials. Layout: - Ground Floor: fully equipped kitchen, dining/living area, sitting area, and bathroom with a walk-in rain shower. (underfloor heating) - Upstairs: There are two bedrooms, each accessible via a separate staircase. Bedroom 1 has a double bed, and bedroom 2 has two single beds. (underfloor heating) - Outside, you can relax in the garden or on the sun terrace, which features a wood-fired hot tub, a BBQ, and a fire pit. - Cars can be parked safely next to the house. There is space for up to two cars.
