This covered area was originally intended to be just a space with a hot tub. After building it, we realized it was quite large, so we finished it out to create a luxury B&B. It has become a unique spot where we also love to sit and relax. You’re sure to have a wonderful wake-up experience here, too. The hot tub is located inside the B&B and is surrounded by three sliding glass doors, so you can open them all up or close them off as you like. Enjoy the peace, the view, and the relaxation here.
Nature and surroundings
Our luxury pavilion is situated in a rural and peaceful setting between two nature reserves, right on the outskirts of downtown Middelburg—so you might think you’re driving out of Middelburg, but after just one minute, you’ll already reach this luxury pavilion. There are plenty of cycling and walking routes here. Cycling on the polder roads along the creek ridges and walking through the vibrant nature reserve are very popular activities here. In downtown Middelburg, you’ll find charming canal-side houses, winding alleys, and the beautiful late-Gothic City Hall, along with the “De Lange Jan” tower—all of which make this proud city, with its rich history, so special. In addition, the beach, the city center, and the charming villages of Walcheren are all within biking or walking distance. Here you can enjoy beautiful sunrises, and on clear nights, you can admire the Big and Little Dipper.

The hot tub is amazing. It’s wonderful to be able to get in so easily. At night, you can hear it cleaning itself fairly often, but even though I’m super sensitive to noise, it wasn’t a problem at all.
We had several days where the temperature was over 30°C, and on those days you’re really grateful for the air conditioning in the cottage.
