Nature house in Drijber

A really nice cottage! The cottage was very comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed in abundance. The front yard is completely private and serene. It’s also clear that the owner did her best to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Thank you, Bartelina!

Erg fijn huisje! Het huisje was zeer comfortabel, schoon, en alles was in overvloed aanwezig. De tuin aan de voorkant is volledig prive en sereen. Het is ook duidelijk dat de eigenares haar best heeft gedaan om het verblijf zo fijn mogelijk te maken. Dank je Bartelina!

The cottage is located on the edge of a wooded area, where you’ll find a very spacious garden surrounded by trees and several cozy seating areas. The garden offers plenty of privacy and tranquility, where you can enjoy watching the birds and squirrels. In the distance, you can see a meadow where we’ve often spotted a cat hunting. There are some very beautiful hiking and biking trails in the area. The cottage itself is new and comfortable, with plenty of windows so you can look outside wherever you’d like. The owner has clearly gone out of her way to make guests’ stays as pleasant as possible.

Het huisje ligt aan de rand van een beboste omgeving waarin je een zeer ruime tuin hebt omgeven met bomen en aantal gezellige zitplekken. Je zit in de tuin erg privé en rustig waar je kan genieten van de vogels en eekhoorntjes. In het verdere uitzicht kijk je uit over een weiland waarin we regelmatig een kat in zagen jagen. In de omgeving zijn zeer mooie wandelingen en fietstochten te maken. Het huisje zelf is nieuw en comfortabel met veel raam zodat je overal naar buiten kan kijken waar je zou willen. De eigenares heeft overduidelijk haar best gedaan om het verblijf van de gasten zo fijn mogelijk te maken.

Neat, well-kept, and with so much love put into it—I felt right at home the moment I arrived. Attention to detail. The chairs are incredibly comfortable. The fireplace is wonderful. A minimalist setting where you can unwind, yet there’s plenty to discover (whether alone or as a couple), such as games, heartfelt cards, and binoculars. Sitting, daydreaming, and writing. My goal was to write a new song—since I’m a musician—and I succeeded. In my opinion, a covered outdoor area would turn a 9 into a 10, so you can still be outside when it rains. That would be especially fantastic here in the fall and winter. I’ll definitely stop by again! Thanks, Bartelina, for everything!

Netjes, verzorgd, heel veel liefde erin gestopt en bij aankomst was ik al meteen een beetje thuis. Aandacht voor detail. De stoelen zitten geweldig. De openhaard is heerlijk. Minimalisme waarin je tot rust komt met genoeg dingen te ontdekken (zowel alleen als met z'n tweeën) zoals spelletjes, openhartige kaartjes en verrekijkers. Zitten, mijmeren en schrijven. Mijn doel was een nieuw nummer te schrijven omdat ik muzikante ben en dat is gelukt. Een overkapte buitenruimte zou in mijn ogen, van de 9 een 10 maken zodat je buiten kan zijn wanneer het regent. Vooral in de herfst/winter zou dat hier echt fantastisch zijn. Ik kom hier zeker weer eens langs! Bedankt Bartelina voor alles!

What a wonderful place—it was almost like a dream. I really enjoyed the view and the idyllic little moss patches that mark the path ahead. Beautiful!

Wat een heerlijke plek, het leek een beetje op een droom. Ik heb echt genoten van het uitzicht en de idyllische mosjes die het pad uitstippelen voor je. Prachtig!

I can't think of anything that needs improvement. Everything was there, and it was very clean. I have trouble walking and use a rollator. That wasn't a problem at all—no thresholds, and the bathroom and bedroom were spacious.

Ik weet geen verbeter punten. Alles was aanwezig en heel schoon. Ik heb problemen met lopen en gebruik een rollater. Dat gaf geen problemen, geen drempels, ruime toiletruimte en slaapvertrek.

Very quiet, with a spacious and exceptionally beautiful garden. Beautiful view of the woods and meadows.

Erg rustig met een ruime en bijzonder mooie tuin. Mooi uitzicht op bos en weideveld.
