This nature house is located on the outskirts of De Tike tucked away on a dead end road, rural in national landscape the Noardlike Fryske Wâlden. A beautiful place centrally in Friesland with lots of privacy. Through a private access path you reach this Tiny house that is equipped with all comforts. The smoke and pet-free cottage is located in a barn which has been renovated and fully insulated while retaining old elements which gives it a characteristic atmosphere. From the living / bedroom you have beautiful unobstructed views over the orchard. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, stove, oven and fridge freezer. Also equipped with underfloor heating, pellet stove, washing machine and private bathroom (shower and toilet separated). Rent includes bed, bath and kitchen linen! The guest house stands on its own grounds of a small hectare. In consultation you can start your own fire or take a refreshing dip in the swimming pond.

De Tike has its own small harbor from where you can sail onto De Leijen with your canoe, sup or small boat. From the beaches around the lake you can also surf. In addition, it is an excellent base for beautiful cycling and hiking trips to, for example, the National Parks the "Drents-Friese Wold" and the "Alde Feanen" around Earnewâld. With Friesland people often think of sailing in the lake district, but it has much more to offer: go exploring and be surprised by the variety of nature with small picturesque villages and towns. A day trip to a Wadden Island is also easily done from here. You can sniff up some culture in Leeuwarden (20 km) or Groningen (35 km), but also in Dokkum and Sneek, both only 30 km away. Or make a tour of all 11 cities and relax? That can include the beautiful thermal baths of Burgum (8 km) or treat yourself in Oudega (7 km) on an undisturbed day of relaxation in a private spa.
