The house is located on the organic estate, near the municipality of Bucine, in the triangle Florence, Siena and Arezzo. Around the house you will find against the hills olive trees, vineyards and fields of organic grains and sunflowers. On the slopes are deciduous forests with lots of wildlife such as pheasant, hare, deer, stag, fox and wild boar. From the front of the house you can see the mountains of the Pratomagno, at the back the hills of the Chianti. From the garden you can see on top of one of the hills the Castello di Montozzi. You can book the house as a B&B or as a vacation rental. For guests there are 5 spacious bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 spacious kitchens and 2 living rooms for a total of up to 12 people. If you book for 2 people you will have your own bathroom. There are also family rooms available, 2 rooms with 1 bathroom. For 6 people we have the entire 1st floor with its own kitchen and living room at your private disposal.

The estate is a great place to be: you can relax in the garden, on one of the seating areas or sunbeds, cool off in the pool, hike on the 600-hectare estate, do a wine tasting at Fattoria Migliarina or at the Castello di Montozzi and even go wildlife spotting. The estate is 3 kilometers outside Bucine and Levane and 6 kilometers from Montevarchi. There you can drink a cappuccino on the terrace or in the bar, buy fresh bread or go to the market.
