The 50 sqm forest house with its house terrace as well as the lower forest plot from the entrance up to the house level is at your disposal alone. The house is divided into a small separate bedroom with a double bed. The rest of the house, apart from the bathroom, consists of an open living room with a couch corner (pull-out sofa bed), a kitchen corner, a dining area with a large table and a small office/desk corner with another sofa bed. In the low attic there is a mattress camp with 3 sleeping places (use with sleeping bag or similar), which can be booked for additional guests (10€/person/night). For small children, the property is not suitable because of the risk of falling on the unsecured steep stairs and terraces! Booking a full week 10%, discount. Located in the middle of the forest ideal place for beautiful hikes and a relaxing retreat into nature! Located on the mountainside, the 3300 sqm plot offers seating on several levels or relaxation in a deck chair or hammock with views of the trees, forests and mountains. The upper forest plot including a large forest terrace can be booked by arrangement in addition to private use (25€/night). Other optional offers: bed linen/towels (10€/person),.
