We offer our beautiful place to live for nature lovers . Our house is located completely detached in the woods of state forest. The neighbors live at a distance of two hundred meters. The house stands on a dead end road and only accessible to cyclists and hikers. The village with all amenities is located at a distance of 1 km. No nuisance from neighbors or traffic but many bird sounds and occasionally a deer in the garden.

We live in the municipality of Weststellingwerf with the border of Drenthe at 500 meters. In the immediate vicinity begins the Drents Friese forest , a large nature reserve to Appelscha with beautiful bike paths. Furthermore, we live on the border with Fredriksoord, known for the Colony of Weldadigheid, recently with world heritage status. Since we live on the border of Overijssel, Drenthe and Friesland, there is plenty of choice for fun trips in the area of Steenwijk, Meppel and Heerenveen all within a distance of 15 to 20 km.
