Our cottage has a living room with open kitchen of about 25 m2. The house is equipped with central heating and has fiber optic internet/WiFi. The bedroom is approx 12 m2. The bathroom has a shower, sink and the toilet. The house has a terrace at the front by the water and a terrace at the back overlooking meadows. There is cable TV available (incl E.S.P.N. 1-2-3). It is also possible to rent a sloop. Rental price sloop €150 per day, €250 for a weekend and €500 for a week. There are also bicycles for rent (1 women's and 1 men's bike, both with 7 gears). Rental price for 2 bikes: €25 per day, €50 for a weekend and €100 for a whole week.

The nature house is located on the dike of the Vennemeer, part of the Kager Plassen. In front of the door is the marina of Watersports Association Het Vennemeer with all its conviviality. The clubhouse of the water sports association has a restaurant (Brasserie Vennemeer). Leiden is 15 minutes by bike and Amsterdam, Noordwijk, The Hague, and the Bulb Region are within 30 minutes by car. The Kager Plassen are a great water sports area. You can enjoy boating on the lakes but also through the polder where you can sail between the cows. But also by boat through Leiden or Alphen aan den Rijn is an experience. Not only water sports enthusiasts will enjoy themselves: cyclists and walkers can also enjoy themselves here. In short, relax on the jetty enjoying the sun, water and peace and quiet or sportily explore the surroundings by boat, bicycle or on foot. And in the evening enjoy eating out in one of the restaurants in the area. An experience never to forget!
