This is a typical Tuscan farmhouse (over 250 years old) near the town of Palaia. This picturesque town is located in the heart of Tuscany, right between cultural cities such as: Florence, Pisa, Lucca, San Gimignano, Siena and Volterra. The estate is surrounded by a beautiful hilly landscape, vineyards, olive groves and forests, which invite to take great walks. We produce our own wine, olive oil, jams and limoncello and rent out only ONE beautiful apartment (with its own entrance, bedrooms, kitchen, large living room, bathroom and several terraces). This allows you to enjoy our little paradise in total privacy. You will notice very little of us. Our goal is to let our guests enjoy the Tuscan feeling. From the house / terrace is easy to spot wildlife eg deer, boars and porcupines have their home around the farm. With us you will find nature, peace and privacy! In short, a real nature house!!!

Our environment has no boundaries. If you want to walk you can walk everywhere through the open fields, forests and hills, where there is a chance to meet many different species of wild animals. Around Palaia there is a network of 65 km of footpaths, cycling routes and country roads. Also for horseback riding our area is a paradise. There is a riding school 5 minutes away by car. For lovers of Italian cuisine, in Palaia (4 km) there are 5 restaurants, a takeaway pizzeria and a gelateria (delicious ice cream). Visit the many villages, all of historical and architectural value: Palaia, Peccioli, Toiano, Colleoli and Villa Saletta. If you have had enough of soaking up culture, a day on the beach is also an option. Relax, sunbathe and swim in the blue sea in Tirrenia only half an hour away. Moreover, there is a beautiful swimming pool with sunbathing area at 10 minutes driving distance, in the typical Tuscan village of Peccioli.
