A haven of peace that can accommodate 4 to 6 people located in the heart of a 3-hectare property that includes meadows and a 5.5 m by 10 m covered and heated swimming pool (from April to October; shared with the owners, the owner's house is adjoining). The cottage is 1 km from a small rural village surrounded by woods and intersected by the Meuse. The greenway (along the river) connecting Givet to Charlevilles-Mézières (75 km) is located right at the foot of the property. The place is very quiet and is perfect for watching animals (beavers, foxes, heron, swans, geese, ducks...). The area has fantastic trails, whether you go on foot, by bike or on horseback. Everything is designed to welcome riders and their horses (meadows, paddock, saddlery). 8-9 mountain bikes (well-maintained) are also available. The cottage has a beautiful new kitchen, large dining room, living room (TV + DVD) as well as 2 bedrooms (double beds), a bathroom with bathtub, separate shower and 2 toilets. You also have a private terrace equipped with a barbecue and a large garden (+ furniture) along the swimming pool. The swimming pool is open from April (if the weather is good), otherwise May until the end of September or October (depending on the weather).
