This estate on the Hondsrug is a unique and quiet place. That silence we like to cherish. The plot is 8 hectares and surrounded by fields and directly adjacent to the woods and moors of Odoorn. There are also 3 other small detached nature houses on the property, right on the water. On and around the Hendriksveen you can take a nice walk. You can also muse in the labyrinth of Drenthe boulders. Most of the site, however, is nature reserve. The various pools are home to many toads, frogs and salamanders. Remarkably, the rare garlic toad has also settled here. You will also find sundew and many ferns. There are several benches where you can sit and watch or meditate. From the Hendriksveen you can make endless walks and bike tours. In nearby Odoorn are good facilities available.
