With a beautiful unobstructed view and on a forest plot of no less than 3600 m2 lies our cozy nature house. There is a bedroom (bed 1m60) and excellent sofa bed (1m40), dining table and chairs, kitchen and shower/WC. A wood stove. Trampoline, hammocks, seats, soccer goal, etc. Games, books, WiFi (fiber optic). Bicycles (one with child seat) for rent; also a children's bike. Linen for the beds available for rent. Lots of privacy. Pets by arrangement.The cottage is not insulated (does have a wood stove and small heater).

The beautiful outskirts of Winterswijk (Ratum) is known for its special coulisse landscape: wide vistas interspersed with forests. Around Winterswijk are no less than 14 nature reserves, including 3 Natura 2000 areas. Beautiful meandering streams. It is incredibly quiet; so every nature lover can indulge himself here. You can enjoy cycling, hiking, swimming in lakes like 't Hilgelo and outdoor pool Strandbad. There are playgrounds and terraces aplenty, picturesque villages to visit, and around the corner is a vineyard and a golf club. Germany is a stone's throw away.
