The villa is surrounded by greenery and enjoys a spectacular view: on one side the ancient village of Patrica, dating back to the Middle Ages, while on the other the gaze sweeps over a part of the mountains of the Apennine mountain range. Although it is a few meters away from the village and other houses, it enjoys a particular and privileged position "out of time". The owners are living in and offer breakfast service.

the nature house is Surrounded by a dense forest of all tie and immersed in unspoiled nature, we let ourselves be enveloped by sensations of serenity and peace, in a natural environment. Inside the property there are fruit trees that in the summer months can be collected and tasted in their delicacy. There is also a farmyard where some hens lay eggs.
