Hello, welcome to the Swabian-Franconian Forest. A lovingly renovated cottage on the edge of the village of Kirchenkirnberg awaits you here. This former hunter's house is located at the end of a small lane. The house is open on all sides, with a view of a wooded valley. Surrounded by a natural garden. The only thing I haven't managed to do in the zeal of the renovation is the outside area. However, everything is normally accessible and there is a large courtyard for parking at least three cars. In spring you can just hear the birds chirping and bees buzzing, in summer the sun shines on the beautiful south-facing position of the house, in fall you can enjoy walks through the adjacent woods and in winter there is often snow and the toboggan run is right outside the door. I am renting out this house because I have changed jobs and am working in another federal state. I would be happy to welcome you here!

The wonderful wooded surroundings allow for fantastic hikes through the nature of the Swabian Franconian Forest. The lovingly renovated Glattenzainbach mill is right next door, from where you can start the mill hike. The area can also be explored by bike, the well-known Ebnisse is about 30 minutes away by bike. The Diebach reservoir in Fichtenberg is also within easy reach and is an insider tip among locals. In Kaisersbach, which can be reached by car in 5 minutes, is the famous summer bobsleigh run. The Schwabenpark near Welzheim can be reached by car in 15 minutes. However, there are no shopping facilities within walking distance! However, neighboring villages such as Gschwend or Murrhardt offer everything your heart desires. About 15 minutes away by car. A bus line runs between Murrhardt train station and Kirchenkirnberg several times a day.
