Nature house in Piaggiogna di Boccioleto
Piedmont, Italy
- 5 persons
- 3 bedrooms
- Pets allowed
The nature house is very attractive, although spartan and rustic. It requires a certain aptitude for adaptation because it can only be reached on foot from the car park, and for only 5 minutes, along a comfortable mule track. It has never undergone modern restoration and retains all its original features. Its construction dates back to 1754. The living area is organised on two floors: loggia and portico.
Nature and surroundings
Valsermenza is one of the three valleys that make up Valsesia, an area characterised by the famous Walser houses. It borders Val d'Aosta with which it shares the majestic Monte Rosa. Here the landscape and nature are uncontaminated and it is an ideal place for trekking, rafting but also for the much more demanding mountaineering. Lugo di clutura is one of the richest alpine valleys in terms of works of art, such as the Sacro Monte of Varallo.
