Nature house in the middle of nature fully fenced with a plot of 4,000 square meters, of which 1,000 are a forest of oaks. Just in front of the house, we also have a forest of 14,000 square meters also of oaks and protected by the government, which can also be used. We are 5 minutes walk from the village of Serinyà. Inside the property we have children's games, petanque field, children's jumper, ping pong, as well as a swimming pool in summer. We also have a large dining room enabled and in summer, it is a pleasure to eat under the oaks, or take a nap.

We are in a very quiet place, within the natural park (Conca lacustre de Banyoles) ideal for disconnecting or for cycling or trekking. It is the last farmhouse and here begins the "pla de Martís". We are 5 minutes drive from Banyoles (where you can swim in the lake, practice kaiak or rowing) and Besalú. We also have the Costa Brava (L'Escala, Ampuriabrava) at 35 minutes by car. Very close, we find two horse riding clubs. It is ideal as a base camp for cycling, triathlon or athletics teams.
