This natural house was originally built at the end of the 16th century by order of Michel de Beaufils, public prosecutor but also authorized representative and adviser to the king. The house has its own garden and is accessible via a private driveway. The house has the original oak-beamed ceilings and is fully furnished. Everything facilities are adapted to the requirements of this time. Spacious sitting room with chairs and couches and a wood burning stove in a large fireplace. Three bedrooms and a good bathroom.

This nature house is situated on a hill in a rural area, where it is nice to walk. The village of Hambye is a well cared for village 2 km away with a traditional baker and butcher, a weekly (fresh produce) market and a supermarket, where you can do all your shopping. Larger supermarkets and local markets can be found in Gavray (6 km), Granville (28 km) or Coutances (18 km). The quiet beach with large tidal difference is approximately 20 km away, where parking is unpaid and where oyster / mussel fishermen can be seen. It therefore offers a different spectacle at any time. Restaurants are everywhere from simple to luxurious with of course the freshly caught "Fruits de Mer". The special Mont St Michel is at 50 km and the landing beaches are at 70 km.
