The apartment is small but nice. You enter in a hallway equipped with electric heating with small closet, washer and dryer. Through the stairs you will enter the bright living room equipped with a wood stove, television, chair, table and a leather sofa bed. From the living room of this nature house you have a beautiful view over the green hills. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, gas hob with automatic spark igniter, Senseo coffee maker, kettle, extensive kitchen inventory and crockery. The sink is extended so you can eat at it. The bedroom has a built-in closet, a double bed with two mattresses and separate comforters. The windows in the living room and bedroom have external screens and shutters. The bathroom is petit but with a shower, sink and toilet. Furthermore, you can use the garden furniture on terrace covered with shade cloths (8 x 4 meters). There is a wood barbecue and the tap water comes directly from the source and you can drink it.

You will not be bored in Ardeche. Breathtaking landscapes, charming villages, several caves, opportunities for hiking, cycling and other sporting challenges. The hamlet of Les Champeaux is hidden at an altitude of about 700 meters and offers you peace and quiet and a great view. Our apartment is about a 30-minute drive from Vals Les Bains which is located on the Volane River. The village is the last village where you can possibly do your shopping. It is famous for its 'Eau de Vals', (a brand) of natural mineral rich bicarbonate sparkling water. Its taste is beloved partly because of its digestive qualities. In the park there is a spring that sprays water 4 times a day. You will also find a spa, some local stores, restaurants, municipal swimming pool and a beautifully landscaped park with Casino. During July and August there is a market on Thursday evenings and Sunday mornings.
